Non-Existent Skills

What do want to do about skills and guilds that no longer exist? Put them in a separate part of the table for posterity's sake, or just remove them? -Erion

I think we ought to keep them, not only for posterity's sake, but because there are still players who exist as Priests/Infernals/Paladins. I was gonna whip up a tiny template later to mark pages that contain obscure content that we can slap on their subpages. lin
