Yeleni

A Yeleni is a mortal who has chosen to fight for the preservation and protection of life, adopting a higher physical form unlike any other that grants them great ability and power in their endeavor. This prowess is rivaled only by the Azudim, its opposing force, although both are a side of the same coin in the flow of existence in Sapience; one may not exist without the other. Much like their counterpart, they are the Tekal shell filled with the Divine essence that bestows upon them their many impressive endowments. Their name comes from an ancient Kalsu word meaning 'vital one' or 'vitality.'
