Rebel's Ridge

Rebels' Ridge is a small area of the Dry Plains that lies to the west of the village of Tasur'ke. Its name comes from the band of ex-Spireans that reside there. Led by a one-time farmer from the Outer City of Spinesreach, Frank, these traitors try to obtain knowledge of the secrets of the Citadel and its guilds, secrets they can then sell for profit to outsiders and enemies. For their part, the citizens of Spinesreach, such as the Cabalist Ghada in the Spirean Institute, are quick to encourage raids on the rebels.
