Relio was the father of Hwenua, a Vizier in Shallam during the reign of Sultan Petureceh. His son wrote to him often to tell him about a conspiracy he had discovered among the council of Shallam, and soon his son's servant, Nordau, wrote to him to inform him that Hwenua had been found dead of mysterious circumstances in a prison cell.
