Official Aetolia Forums

The official forums are a section of the Aetolian website where players can create and discuss topics on a wide variety of subjects. They were instated approximately at November 2004, and have seen constant, popular use since their inception.

Forum Software

In its initial incarnation, the forums utilized Invision's IPB software. The site has seen numerous drastic changes in layout and functionality owing to IPB's update schedule.

On November 30th, 2012, a new set of forums were installed, built on Vanilla Forums software. Reasons for this change included the unmaintainable cost of IPB, and the more modular design of Vanilla, allowing it to be designed to match Aetolia's new website.
