This little shortcut is used to supply a source to a section of information in an article. It looks like this:
For more information on this section read "Blah blah blah."
You must supply the news board and news post number as the first two arguments. Supplying a third argument will name the link, otherwise it defaults to "BOARD post NUMBER" ("events post 123").
