This is a comprehensive list of changes and updates made to the game since its inception, listed chronologically. As this list is quite cumbersome, it should be used for quick reference. It is recommended to use the Search feature for information on specific game concepts.

- New help file: (HELP BRAWL).
- GUILD PRIVS was changed to be easier to read.

- Modification to the II and INV commands: II CAT <invcat id> and INV CAT <invcat id> will list items from the specified inventory category.

- Holywars can now be surrendered at anytime. The surrendering order will automatically lose shrines up to 75% of their starting total and still suffer all the normal penalties.

- Faction name "the Spiders of Lachesis" is now referred to as "the Dark Empire".
- Llazuth will no longer accept vampire corpses for the purposes of removing enemy status with the Dark Empire.
- New language: Chiav, learned from Llazuth.
- The fairy NPCs of Azdun have been moved to the Vintal Glade.

- Fixed [Surge] failing to take hold at its intended destination.
- Fixed [Strangle] not gaining a damage increase due to thorn stacks.
- Overgrowths are now cleared on death.

- Fixed in-room traps not firing on non-directional movement such as elevation changes.

- Fixed a bug with Dhuriv damage not being modified by the attack type.
- Fixed [Lifesap] triggering twice on Dhuriv attacks.
- Fixed [Dragging].
- Fixed bugs with trap placement.
- Fixed [Smokescreen] not affecting your chance to divert.
Dhuriv
- [Ambush] and [Drive] can now deliver venoms.
- Increased the damage modifers on [Drive] and [Ambush] to 85%, up from 65%.
- Increased the damage modifers on [Crosscut] and [Strike] to 75%, up from 65%.
- Increased [Crosscut] torso damage to match [Slash].
- [Blind] balance time has been decreased to 1.80 seconds, down from 2.75.
- [Crosscut] balance time decreased to 2.25 seconds, down from 2.75.
- [Twirl] balance time decreased to 2.40 seconds, down from 2.75.
- [Strike] balance time decreased to 3 seconds, down from 3.5.
- [Splice] balance time decreased to 2.50, down from 2.75.
- [Ambush] balance time decreased to 2.40, down from 2.75.
- [Slice] balance time decreased to 0.60, down from 0.75.
- [Thrust] balance time decreased to 1.40, down from 1.50.
- [Drive] balance time decreased to 0.75, down from 1.00.
- [Dualraze] balance time lowered to 3.60, down from 4.0.
- [Ambush] will now pierce through rebounding, stripping it.
Woodlore
- Lowered dodge chance on [Smokescreen] from 50% to 40%.
- [Smokescreen] now allows the Sentinel to ignore avoidance cooldowns.
- Increased the amount of damage caused by [Spike].
- Armor now has a slight effect on [Spike].
- [Darts] firing speed increased from 3.5 seconds to 3 seconds.
- [Snare] now prevents movement from completing when triggered.
- Re-added [Barkskin], but it has been dropped to 15%, down from 18%.
- Moved [Lifesap] up the skill tree to take the position of [Attunement].
November 2nd, 2012
- The cooldown for dodging all attacks (except melee) is now 2 seconds (down from 6).
- [Vorpal] now wakes up sleeping targets.
- [Plague] proc time lowered to 8 seconds (down from 10).
- [Lullaby] proc time lowered to 11 seconds (down from 13).
- Devotion rites can no longer be laid while phased.
- Removed [Quickfoot].
- [Floorsweep] now requires balance.
- [Floorsweep] can now only be used if involuntarily knocked to the floor.
- [Hangedman] can no longer be used by dopplegangers.
- [Abduct] is now prevented by shield and prismatic barrier.
- The time to [Prism] to a monolithed room is now 9 seconds (down from 12).
- [Mind Clamp] will now drain 20% of the target's health and mana, in addition to reducing maximum health and mana by 20%.
- New skill: [Lifesap].
- [Dragging] has been reworked, and now allows a Sentinel to drag a prone player, no longer requiring a mount or for the target to be impaled.
- Removed [Barkskin].
- Removed [Attunement].
- [Campfire] now heals a small amount of health while set in a room.
- New skill: [Smokescreen].
- New skill: [Spike].
- Changed trap mechanics.
- There is now a in-room trap position which will trigger when a player enters the room from any direction.
- Traps placed on exits now take up trap positions on both sides of that exit. In other words, you can't place traps back-to-back on a single exit anymore.
- [Darts] and [Catapult] can now only placed on the in-room trap position, and can no longer be placed on exits.
- [Dart] now lets you apply two venoms to it.
- You can now set a [Catapult] to launch a player SKYWARDS.
- You can now chain [Catapults] once more, however they can no longer loop.
- Traps are now affected by afflictions such as Paranoia and Peace.
- [Darts] will now consume darts if there is no valid target to hit.
- [Darts] no longer fires immediately upon being triggered, however secondary effects like [Alarm] will still go off.
- [Darts] firing speed increased from 4 seconds to 3.5 seconds.
- [Noose] asphyxiation messages now have a third person message.
- Added all applicable Shaman defenses to the defense stripping routine.

- The text for [Shatter] has been changed to not display the limb twice. (Example: "You deal Clexx's right leg a mighty blow.")
- The text for [Impale] has also changed similarly. (Example: "You slam into his braced spear with a scream of pain.")

- Those in [Lightform], {{skill|Blackwind]}, and [Mistform] will no longer be delayed by rubble.
- Those in [Lightform], [Blackwind], and [Mistform] will no longer receive shared experience.
- The actual class name will be properly displayed when attempting to switch to a class you do not have or into the class you currently occupy.
- The unparting of water will no longer be displayed if the water that was parted is no longer present in the room.
- Tekura belts will properly function as weaponbelts.
- [Book Tattoo] will no longer be cleared when joining a baitgame or freezetag event.
- [Tents] and [Dens] will collapse when one switches out of the class which constructs it.
- Rogues will no longer lose Inner spark if attempting and failing to use skills that require guild spark.
- Inner spark will no longer be drained if there is insufficient guild spark to perform an ability.
- [Entomb] no longer works from the Havens.
- [Marked] rooms in Havens will be indicated as such on WHO lists just as regular Havens room would be.
- [Magiclist] will now display eclipse medallions as "astrological protection".
- The racial skill Tremorsense works properly once more.
- Paired items can no longer be used to travel to Divine locations such as the Pools or Time.
- Use of Flood artifacts is now considered aggressive in nature.
- Those with the Hood of Obscurity raised will not have their poses displayed.
- Organizational revenue logs will now record commodities purchased by the comm shop.
- Setting a bounty will now properly provide the reason for the bounty to the person being bountied.
- The TAP emote has been changed.
- The TAPHEAD emote has been created.
January 14th, 2011
- Updated the Changelog system, allowing better formatting.
- Altered the outline of the CHANGELOG command; now sorts by date instead of days ago.
- Updated CHANGELOG # and CHANGELOG NEXT to be more informative.
- New city command: CITY COMM PRODUCTION will show the Ministry of Trade how much of each commodity their city produces.
January 8th, 2011
- [Crystalhome] will now fail if you fall asleep during the attempt.
- Dhuriv combinations will no longer apply venom afflictions twice when there is only one coating.
- Those afflicted by [Eldritch Invocation] will no longer receive their correct health and mana via GMCP.
- Dying in [Lightform] with a rebirth active will now cause you to return to a corporeal state.
- The Dig racial now allows you to BURY objects as well.
- Falling asleep while attempting to return to your Haven will now interrupt the process.
- [Shield Slam] will now afflict undead targets with limp veins instead of asthma.
- [Garrotelock] now clears properly on the victim's death.
- [Restore] will no longer heal the breaks of limbs with further damage.
- [Vault] now has the same grace/aggression requirements as normal stancing. It will also take a small amount of endurance.
- [Loki] afflictions are now properly hidden from Affliction View.
- ELIXLIST SHORT, ELIXLIST FULL, and ELIXLIST MISSING now display the proper values.
- When an opponent cures berserking, [Discernment] will now properly show 'berserking' rather than 'berserk'.
- You may no longer allow design access to the same person or organization multiple times.
- GUILD PRIVS now shows the proper privileges for guild secretaries.
- HOUSE STATUS should now properly display the bloodranks of those who are not currently classed as [Praenomen] or [Bloodborn].
- You now must remove an object before you can PROPOSE with it.
- Attempting to APPLY or SIP directly from a pot will now result in an error message, rather than the destruction of your brewed concoctions. In addition, trying to APPLY or SIP a specific type of fluid will no longer check pots prior to filled vials.
January 6th, 2011
- Major changes to guards and mechanics revolving around city raids.
- Guards now become stronger the less citizens are around. They become their current strength when 10 or more citizens are around, and are twice as strong when zero citizens are around.
- Dying to a guard now counts as a PvP death in terms of experience loss.
- Dying inside an enemy city now costs twice as much experience.
- The majority of XP loss will happen on the death itself.
- Commodity costs for guards and troops have been changed and made equal across all cities, with less emphasis on wood and steel (being the two most used comms at the moment).
- Some of the more new environments in the game have been updated to provide commodities when captured in war.
- NPC commodity stocks can no longer grow over 1000, and all surpluses have been removed.

- SPUR SKYWARDS is now usable in the Cavern environment.

- Changelogs added to the game.
- ELIXLIST now accepts the input ELIXLIST DECAYING.
- [Elixlist's] AB file now reflects its new changes.
- Guard detection code updated to help improve run time.
- Updated OFFERINGS command; will no longer wipe essence totals.
