Habbak was Ard-Dhasani of the Ankyrean Order in the Second Mortal Epoch, at the time of Yrtez's rebellion. He disbanded the Syssin Defenders out of concern that they would betray the Order and share their knowledge of the Ankyreans with rellyw society.
