Situated between the borders of the Western and Eastern Ithmias and just north of the Isle of Delos, an association of self-proclaimed intellectuals has rallied from around the continent with the purpose of building the greatest empire known to the epoch. That fledgling empire is called the Salma Settlement.
Indifferent to the consequences of their actions, they have single-handedly destroyed hectares of wildlife, and begun construction of numerous buildings - a mere fragment of their plans.
