This template is used for quicklinking to specific forum comments. You can find the comment's number by clicking its timestamp (in the grey bar next to the user's avatar). The URL bar will update to show the comment's id number.
- Field 1: The comment's id number. You can see it in the URL bar, right after http://forums.aetolia.com/discussion/comment/.
- Field 2: A name for the link, most likely the context of the comment.
