Evlasu

The peaceful, sparsely populated community of Evlasu lies on the edge of the vast Ithmia forest. Its sole purpose is to supply the larger Duiran community, Eleusis, with food. In accordance with the teachings of the Triumvirate of Nature, they go to great lengths to make sure their habitation does not make a permanent impression, nurturing the forest with care while consuming no more than necessary. Such natural instincts to take only what food is needed, however, seem for unknown reasons to be absent from the animals in the area. Fruit half-eaten by wildlife is left to rot on the ground, and the animals gather huge caches of nuts and vegetables that then remain untouched. The hunters of Evlasu are forced to kill these pests to keep their supplies flowing to Duiran.
